The thing I really disliked about the finale was the bad green screen/chroma key job during the Oceanic 6's time on the first raft. The shot with Jack stuck out like a sore thumb. Maybe I noticed it cause I'm in TV.
Anybody else notice this?

Oh, I noticed that too! And i'm not in TV. It really was obvious.
I noticed the weird shots too! (and I don't work in TV)That kind of stuff bugs me, and I mentioned to my fiance who really didn't seem to notice/care. I'm glad I'm not the only one :)
Yes, the color matching in some scenes was totally off, probably from last minute editing. I'm also guessing they had to re-shoot some of Jack's shots and did it on green screen while the other shots were live from months before. A very un-Lost like lapse. I also didn't like the wobbly wheel that Ben was pushing. It definitely had the feel of being make out of Styrofoam and not heavy stone or metal.
I noticed it too. I forgave it though for two reasons - TV budget (although I'm sure Lost has a pretty big one) and because the rest of the show was really good.
The shot in which Sayid peeked outside the helicopter to look for a gas leak was also quite bad.
