Hey Juliet, what did the 5 fingers say to the face?...SLAP!
Oh no you di'ent! I loved the scene when Sun gave a little punishment to Juliet, WHAP! Was it just me or did it feel like Sun did it for all the Lost fans?
Episode 4.7, “Ji Yeon”, was my favorite episode of the season thus far. I was totally fished-in on the flash-back/forward mix-up. I even panicked at the end when Hurley showed up at the end scene, “NO WAY!!! IT CAN’T BE HURLY’s BABY!!!” LOLz I was confused for a second!
This episode, unlike the previous one, was filled with lots of juicy tidbits of information. We find out that the plane was indeed planted by someone (I told you so). We find out the spy is Michael (big surprize! *sarcasm*). The boat makes people delirious and/or confused (cabin fever). We see evidence of a suicide in Desmond and Sayid’s new quarters. We also witness a disoriented ship-member jump to her death. We identify the 5th member of the “Oceanic 6”, now: Jack, Kate, Hugo, Sayid, Sun. Who’s the 6th? It can’t be Jin…
I believe the tombstone we see is for a family plot. It labels Jin’s dates of birth and death, and Sun’s date of birth (death date yet to be determined). The date of Jin’s death is shown as Sept 22, 2004…which is the date that Oceanic Flight 815 went down. Can we assume that the story the “Oceanic 6” survivors are perpetuating describes Jin being killed in the plane crash?
There were at least two occasions during the episode that were very touching…did you all get teary-eyed? The writers are obviously taking advantage of our attachment to the characters. We all know that tragedies are a main ingredient to a great script. I’m sorry to say that you’ll probably cry over Jin again when/if we see how he dies in a future episode… And maybe even next week when somebody dies.
Movable Type 4.1

Did you catch how Sun was watching a scene from Exposé on her Tv in the beginning of her flash forward?
Ben is the 6th of the Oceanic Six, he is probably posing as one of the dead ones, possibly Locke.
Ben was not a passenger of Flight 815. So he cannot be a member of the "Oceanic 6". But then again, he found 300+ bodies and a whole extra airplane to put under the sea, so I guess modifying the flight manifest would be a piece of cake for Ben.
Any thoughts that Jin is left/stranded on the island with Locke & co. due to some actions he takes to save Sun and the baby?
Did anyone think it was weird when hurley came to Sun's house and he said, "Is anyone else here?" and sun says, "No, just you." and Hurley replies, "Good."
whats up with that? any theories about that?
"Was it just me or did it feel like Sun did it for all the Lost fans?"
It was just you.
okay, a couple things to point out:
jin's date of death: really significant, isn't it? the Lost writers are notorious for providing not-so-subtle hints within the context of certain scenes. this one seemed obvious, because if he IS one of the oceanic six, then why would he have "died" on the date of the crash itself? warrants discussion.
at the same time, if he IS dead (and his body is therefore buried in that last scene), then he IS one of the oceanic six...unless someone can research earlier episodes that might describe "the six" as survivors.
Hurley's comment: i thought this was interesting, too, but considering the turbulence between jack and kate, as well as the story (yet to be told) about how the six were chosen, there could be a number of reasons why hurley would say, "good." maybe he was just happy to avoid seeing jack, kate, sayid...or the actual sixth person (i have a feeling it's sawyer.)
face it: whatever manner in which they left the island, jack obviously feels guilt about it ("we have to go back!"), kate ends up with aaron as her "child" (which makes you wonder what happened to his mother), and sayid ends up working (and killing) for ben.
my point being: in the process of leaving the island, some crazy stuff has to take place.
-and we can only wonder what that is.
It is not Jacks father in the coffin. Hello he was on the plane in a casket. It is Arrons Mom. The casket was rather small. Jack is on drugs, so he probably thinks his Dad is alive. Has anybody forgotten that Jack and Arron's Mom are brother and sister? They have the same father. I say the six are Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sun and JIN.
