4.3 is a Sayid centric episode.
Sayid makes a deal with the devil.
Of course it reveals one of the other Oceanic Six.
Of course we get to know the new characters better. And we learn why Ben is their "main objective."
We see the divided camps need each other. Sayid, Kate and Miles infiltrate Team Locke's camp to rescue the prisoner.
Lastly, Sayid makes a WTH discovery in Ben's house. A secret room that reveals Ben's life off the island, suits, passports, and tons of cash.
Sounds like Ben has been taking some trips.

So Ben has been lying about everything so it makes me think that he is not all there and he is not the only one running the show on the island.
