MASSIVE SPOILERS!
I've got some major spoilers... if you really want to ruin the show, check after the jump. You've been warned.

charlie unblocks the jamming signal in the underwater station but dies when mikhail uses a grenade to blow it up...killing them both.
locke is about to kill himself while in the pit...when he hears a voice telling him not to.
walt is standing at the top of the pit...helps locke out...then disappears.
locke gets to the radio tower...kills naomi before she can make the rescue call.
jack and locke fight about making a rescue call.
jack makes the rescue call...and gets and answer on the other end.
ben tells jack that naomi and her people arent who they say they are.
just before charlie dies...he sees a transmission in the underwater hatch from penny...who denies that she knows naomi at all.

jack is extremely messed up. suicidal.
in the first flashback...jack is standing on a bridge...about to kill himself...when a car accident nearby happens...jack decides to help the victims instead of suicide.
jack sees his ex-wife at the hospital...pregnant with another mans baby.
jack goes to the funeral of a person...but we dont find out who.
whoever it is... messes jack up even more.
he starts stealing drugs from the hospital...and is caught by the chief of medicine.
all the time while this is going on...jack is trying to call someone...but they dont answer.
the last scene shows us who the mystery person is.
its the last person on earth you would expect.
its kate.
this is not a flashback...but a flash forward.
jack and kate make it off the island at some point.
for some reason...leaving the island has caused the downward spiral of jack...and as kate is leaving him...jack is screaming "we have to go back!!!"

Henry is pretty good at finding spoilers. Last year he had the play by play of the finale and I made the mistake of reading it because I JUST CAN'T STOP MYSELF! Exert some self-control and skip this spoiler....because WOW if it is true! WOW!
Man, if this is true, it would be pretty damn cool.

If you're deciding whether or not to read these spoilers (do it, they're awesome!), Henry is kind enough to split them into two groups with a break in between. He starts with the smaller stuff, then gives you second chance to stop reading in the middle before getting to the major pieces.
