Freaking me out...

I'm not totally finished with tonight's episode (02/14), but what a complete freak-out.

The show is back to jaw-dropping weirdness and I love it.

Desmond's seeming ability to fortune-tell (time-travel) plays into last week's secret message (see prior post) and the producers hinting that the "hatch event" may have something to do with time-distortion.

Awesome.

More tomorrow.

UPDATE: WOW! Charlie destined to die! Could Desmond be wrong like he was with the Soccer game? This episode ROCKED!

People are on the Island to serve a purpose. Like the lady said after the gentelman in the red tennis shoes was killed... Something to the affect that, you can try to change the course but life always corrects itself. As the world is destined to end maybe DARMA has found a way to delay the event every 108 minutes. Also, let me add a little known fact that approx. every 300,000 years or so the poles change polarity on Earth which would destroy life as we know it through a series of events. That would explain the elecromagnetic distubance presant after failing to punch in the number sequence... Alas a breakthrough???

But Desmond wasn't wrong with the soccer game.
It was just the wrong day, it happened later when he was alone.

did anyone notice that as soon as Desmond changed the outcome of the bar scene he ended up back on the island. **earlier desmond says that his friend comes into the bar and hits the bartender with a cricket bat, but desmond got in the way this time and after ended up back on the island**
