Rachel and Retrievers
So Rachel has a new post on her blog today about how she's received new info from GidgetGirl (who chewed her out earlier for posting those photos of Hugh M. and his chippy). The main link is to this:

GidgetGirl says Mittelwerk has gone to Iceland to deal with this.
Rachel also talks about some confusion about the islands. She doesn't think the Canada thing is right b/c she's sure she saw something about the equator on Mittelwerk's maps. Huh.
Also, there's a new clue on the Retrievers site -- on the thread "Our AIM is true." Maybe you are supposed to go on AIM and look for someone with the screen name "GOOD REASON." ? I'm anti-AIM, so someone help me out here.

Hey, I know the general consensus is that Rachel isn't Hugh's original 'bit on the side' but think about the way she and GidgetGirl have argued about the moral issues of the photos.
Both are far too defensive and Rachel has the tone of one who has been jilted -she says he "can't seem to keep his own fly in the locked and upright position" and GidgetGirl points out her overemotional attitude towards him:
"GidgetGirl: For someone claiming not to take the moral high ground, you're certainly carrying around an awful lot of venom for this guy. You got something against men, Rachel?
Me: Only his type."
Rachel clearly worked for the Hanso Foundation at some point and is almost certainly Persephone, but GidgetGirl also claims to be in a good position to get info. My theory is that Rachel IS Hugh's original affair and through him discovered the Foundation's shady dealings, and GidgetGirl is either his wife, or another one of his affairs, also getting info through him.

Anyone been to pic 108 of http://sitonamonkey.blogspot.com/??? Lots of cool stuff, but questionable as to whether it's in game or not.
Ellen: This seems to be an offshoot of savejoop.com, which was mentioned on Jimmy Kimmel during the Hugh M. interview, so MIGHT be in-game. But I don't think this letter sheds any new light on anything, so... not sure.
I was browsing the other boards last night as well as checking out other Lost related websites and found that SaveJoop.com has been shut down.
Digging through the boards, I found that another blog http://sitonamonkey.blogspot.com/ had some interesting hidden items on it. It's being run by those who were running SaveJoop.com. Scroll down to picture 108 then check out the comments on it. You'll find links to a few more sites that require passwords and the comment that Hanso forced them to shutdown the site via a cease and desist letter signed by Peter Thompson.
According to them, they are definitely "in-game" and will be uploading more clues etc. in different places on the net as wel.
And Rachel has updated her rachelblake.com travel blog to reflect that she's now in Inceland-Rejeyvik to be exact.
Rachel has updated both her sites. They both refer to Iceland now.
